 Notice is hereby given that the location for the December 17, 2020 Prison Board Meeting at 9:15 a.m. has been changed from the Lancaster County Prison to Conference Room 701, seventh floor, Lancaster County Government Center, 150 North Queen Street, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

NOTE: Individuals having disabilities requiring special services or auxiliary aids attending the meeting should submit a written request for such assistance to the County Commissioners’ Office, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 715, Lancaster, PA 17603.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania at its meetings on December 15, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. and December 16, 2020 at 9:15 a.m., at the Lancaster County Government Center, 150 North Queen Street, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, shall consider, and, if appropriate, at that meeting or at a subsequent public meeting held within 60 days of the date of publication of this advertisement, shall enact an ordinance, the caption of which is as follows:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF LANCASTER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY OF LANCASTER TO RE-ESTABLISH A PLANNING COMMISSION AND TO ESTABLISH A PLANNING DEPARTMENT, AND TO DELINEATE WHICH OF THE POWERS AND DUTIES SPECIFIED UNDER THE PENNSYLVANIA MUNIIPALITIES PLANNING CODE SHALL BE CONFERRED UPON THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND WHICH SHALL BE CONFERRED UPON THE LANCASTER COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT

A copy of the proposed ordinance may be examined without charge at the office of the Lancaster Newspaper, at the Lancaster County Commissioners’ Office at the Lancaster County Government Center, 150 North Queen Street, Suite 715, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and at the Law Library at the Lancaster County Courthouse, 50 North Duke Street, Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
