Agricultural Preserve Board

Jan 23, Feb 27, Mar 27, Apr 24, May 22, June 26, July 24, Aug 28, Sept 25, Oct 23, Nov 20, Dec 18. Meetings at 8 am, Public Safety Training Center, 101 Champ Blvd, Manheim. Meeting will be held only if there is a quorum, cancellations will be posted on the website.

Board of Assessment Appeals

Jan 8, Feb 12, Mar 12, Apr 9, May 14, June 11, July 9, Aug 13, Sept 10, Oct 8, Nov 12, Dec 3; Second Wednesday of every month, except December-first Wednesday. All meetings are at 8:30am at the Govt. Center, Assessment Office Conference Rm.

Children and Youth Social Service Agency Citizens' Advisory Board

County Commissioners' Work Session

Every Tuesday, 10 am at the Govt Center, Rm. 701. Except March 18, May 20, Aug 19, Nov 4, Nov 11, Nov 25, Dec 23. When County Offices are delayed due to weather, Work Sessions will be canceled.

County Commissioners' Meeting

Every Wednesday, 9:15 am at the Govt Center, Rm. 701. Except for Jan 1, Mar 19, May 21, Aug 20, Sept 17, Nov 5, Nov 26, Dec 24. Evening County Commissioners’ Mtgs. will be held Apr 9 at 7 pm at Quarryville Borough, 300 St. Catherine St., Jun 11 at 7 pm at New Holland Borough, 436 E. Main St., Sept. 16 at 7 p.m. at Strasburg Borough, 145 Precision Ave. When the opening of County Offices is delayed due to weather, these meetings will be canceled.

Drug and Alcohol Commission Single County Authority

Election Board

Every Wednesday, 11:00 am at the Govt. Center, Rm. 701 except for Jan 1, Mar 19, May 21, Aug 20, Sep 17, Nov 5, Nov 26, Dec 24. Will also meet May 19 at 11 a.m., May 20 at 7 am,(Rm. 102/104), May 23 at 9 am, Nov 3 at 11 am, Nov 4 at 7 am, (Rm. 102/104), Nov 7 at 9am. If there are delays in the opening of County Offices due to weather conditions, the Election Board Mtgs. may be canceled.

Lancaster County Conservation District Board of Directors (LCCDBD)

January and February meetings will be combined on Wednesday, January 22 at 1:30 pm. March – December meetings will be held on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:30 pm. The Executive, Personnel, Pension, and Agriculture Committees will meet one hour before each regularly scheduled LCCDBD meeting. Watershed Committee will meet March 5, June 4, Sept 3. Dec 3 at 6 p.m.

Education/Outreach Committee is held Mar 10. Jun 9, Sept 8 at 9 am. The Budget/Finance Committee will meet Aug 27, Sep 24 at 10:00 am; Dirt/Gravel/Low Volume Road held Mar 5, Sep 3 at 5:30 pm; Erosion/Sedimentation Committee will be held on the 4th Thursday of each month, except Nov and Dec 3rd Thursday at 1:30 pm.
