What is C-PACE?
Resolution 61 of 2023 established the C-PACE Program in Lancaster County in August 2023.
Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) is a voluntary, innovative financial tool for commercial property owners to obtain low-cost, long-term financing for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and water conservation projects. C-PACE can provide up to 100% funding of total project costs by placing a special voluntary assessment on the property that repays the costs of the upgrades.
How do I find out if my commercial project is C-PACE eligible?
The County partners with the Sustainable Energy Fund (SEF) to serve as the Program Administrator. If you have any questions about a potential project, please contact Sustainable Energy Fund at (610) 264-4440 or email cpace@thesef.org.
How do I apply?
The Sustainable Energy Fund (SEF) will manage and receive all applications for the C-PACE in Lancaster County. You can apply online here.
