How do I find the delivery dock and what are the delivery hours?: The delivery dock for the County of Lancaster is located off W. Marion Street under the parking garage. Directions: Walnut (Rt.23) to Market St. (alley) crossover Chestnut. Market turns into W. Marion St. (alley). The entrance to the dock will be on your left.Deliveries are accepted between 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Monday - Friday.
