Common Pleas of Lancaster County Intends to Terminate

NOTICE

The Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County intends to terminate cases without further notice because the docket shows no activity in the case for at least (2) years.  You may stop the court from terminating the case by filing a “Statement of Intention to Proceed” with a filing fee of $35.00. The Statement of Intention to Proceed should be filed with the Prothonotary Office, 50 N. Duke St., P.O. Box 83480, Lancaster, PA 17608-3840

This needs to be filed on or before  October 30, 2023­­.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE THE STATEMENT OF INTENTION TO PROCEED. THE CASE

WILL BE TERMINATED.
